MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL AND ANNUAL DUES
Fellow members, June 1, 2010 has come and gone. We
have chosen this date for renewing memberships and paying annual dues. If you
have missed this date, please send your payment of $25.00 at your earliest

The Board looks forward to your continued membership.
We enjoy representing the interests of our community from a homeowner's
perspective before the Town, County and State Governments. We are also finding
it necessary to provide oversight on the various agencies and organizations
established to protect our environment. In some cases they are overlooking
the the rights of the taxpayers in their quest.

Our MissionOur community organization is focused on promoting the health, safety and welfare of full-time residents and non-residents residing part-time within the Town of Putnam, Washington County, whom are property owners on the northeastern side of Lake George, NY in the areas designated as Glenburnie, Gull Bay and Black Point.
Our activities include the following focus: Taxes, local law enforcement, land use and planning, and local environmental issues affecting Lake George.
